Prices
How much do you charge for your cakes?
A: Prices vary based on size, flavors, design, delivery method, and more. Please refer to the pricing section in the menu tab for general pricing information. For specialty and novelty cakes, please fill our our Free Quote form.

Delivery

Do you offer delivery and set up for your cakes?
A: Yes, Delivery is available starting at $25 depending on distance and location.

Where do you deliver your cakes?
A: We like to stick to the general McKinney/Allen/East Plano area. We will make exceptions to other parts of North Texas. In general, we will not deliver further than 30 mins from McKinney.

Do you ship your cakes?
A: At this time, we do not ship our cakes.

What cake flavors & fillings do you have?
A: Please see our flavor section for more information on our mouthwatering flavors!

I have my own flavor in mind, do you do custom cake flavors?
A: All cakes are made to order so if you have a flavor in mind, let me know in advance!

Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free, or eggless cakes?
A: We do not at the moment.

Are you an allergy-free kitchen?
A: Although we take all precautions, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.

Payment
​
Is a deposit required when placing an order?
​
A: An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold an order. Your order is not active until deposit is received.

What methods of payment do you accept?
​
A: Cash and credit cards are accepted. For your convenience, you will be able to pay your invoice online.
​
When is the balance due?
​
A: Balance is due in full at least 7 days prior to the event date for cake orders. Failure to do so will result in a cancelation of the order, contract will be null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
​
A: The Balance due date is the final date for any cancelation or changes to the event date, size, style or flavors of the cake or desserts. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations received after the balance due date will not be subject to refund. In the event of an emergency, should we fail to deliver your cake or desserts on the date requested a refund for the full amount will be issued to you.
